About Two Roses LLC

We are an owner operated property management company offering vacation rentals and monthly leases.

Our properties are located in Oregon and Utah in the United States, and in Tuscany, Italy.

How we began

Married in 2015, we've since retired from our Information Technology careers to manage our real estate holdings and travel the world.

Josh had bought the Foxglenn duplex shortly before we met to diversify his stock portfolio into real estate, and together with Kim expanded our properties to those you see today, buying them in need of repair, and living in each one successively while remodeling them for rent.
